In 1985 I invented artificial innovation, studying creativity and innovation across disciplines. I did not deliver this to society, but kept studying to get a deep and wide understanding.
In1990 I joined Eli Lilly, where I worked for 20 years in a variety of roles and mainly focused on content, communications, and performance methodology.
In 2002, I joined the Global Brain Discussion Group referenced here:
This forum included Ben Goerztel, Francis Heylighen, and most of the thought leaders of that time.
These conversations migrated toward a focus on creation of the global control matrix and global financial control.
From around 2005 to 2010, I worked as an independent futurist initially under the brand "Instant Innovation" and later "Hyperadvance."
In 2011, I joined Humana as a process consultant and am currently a manager in the Knowledge Management department where I also work with AI and cognitive technology.
